Ballet 1 - Wed 6:30 - 7:30 p.m.

Ballet 2, 3 & 4 - Wed 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.

Stretch & Conditioning students should wear:  Black leotard & pink tights. 

This high energy class focuses on pilates, core strength, proper stretching and muscle conditioning. This class strengthens and increases flexibility to maximize the dancers technique and prevent injuries.
