Burbank Youth Ballet Company

As a young dancer, Lisa Sutton (“Miss Lisa”) was mentored and supported by the Maryland Youth Ballet – a dance school that, as a non-profit organization, was able to raise funds to assist aspiring young dancers with scholarships and other much-needed assistance. Miss Lisa never forgot the encouragement and support that she received from that organization, and has, for years, hoped to create a similar organization in our community.

On March 9, 2009, Burbank Youth Ballet Company was officially incorporated as a California public benefit, non-profit corporation with the specific mission to nurture young dancers while inspiring appreciation of dance within the community.
